Quotes & payment
Project quotes are fixed once scope is agreed. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with reasonable notice as described in your service agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and access needed to complete the work. Delays in these may affect timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Ownership
On full payment, you own your website, domain, and content. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Warranties & liability
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
Changes to these terms
